Which account is right for you?
Cash account
Pay as you go – by cash, credit card or check for paints and supplies.
Charge account
Dunn-Edwards offers three types of charge accounts: a general account for all paint and supply purchases, installment accounts for equipment and large sundry purchases, and job accounts for project-related purchases. You will be billed according to our standard payment terms, 2%15 Net End of Month, as outlined in our Terms of Sale (see below for explanation of standard credit terms).
When your account is opened, you will have Sales and Credit Representatives dedicated to your account, and you can get convenient online access to all of your account information – purchase history,
statements and account balances – whenever you need it.

Equipment financing plans
Want to buy spray equipment or sundries in large quantities in order to take advantage of our lower pricing, but don’t want to tie up your cash flow? Dunn-Edwards offers three equipment financing plans for charge accounts in good standing.**

Explanation of standard credit terms
2nem (2%15 net end of month)
For charge customers in good standing, 2NEM (2%15 Net End of Month) is calculated as follows: 2% cash discount allowed, if paid by the15th of the month, net amount due end of the month, following purchase. Billing date is the end of each month. This is not a revolving account. The entire balance is due according to terms. Balances not paid by the net due date are past due and will be accessed interest at a rate of 1.5% per month, 18% APR.
For example, purchases made from March 1, 2013 through March 31, 2013:

| 2% prompt payment discount available if payment made no later than: | April 15, 2013 |
| The net amount of payment (the amount due without the 2% discount) is due on: | April 30, 2013 |
| Balances not paid by the net due date are past due and will be accessed interest at a rate of 1.5% per month starting: | May 5, 2013 |
Please note that all past due accounts are subject to restriction of charge privileges.
For your convenience, payment may be made at any Dunn-Edwards store or, if you prefer to mail your payment, please send all remittances with your account number referenced to:

*Requires complete application submitted before 2:00 pm and passes credit screens.
**Each financing plan requires Dunn-Edwards Credit Department Approval and may require a down payment. Cash customers must submit a New Account Application to be processed before a decision can be made.
†10% APR figured on the declining balance.
††2% cash discount on the total purchase may be deductable from the last payment if all payments have been made in accordance with the purchase agreement schedule. Contact Dunn-Edwards Credit Department to see if you qualify. A finance charge of 1.5% per month will be assessed against past due installment payments.
